Claudia is a Medical doctor\u00a0with a\u00a0Master of Science in Human Genetics from McGill University.\u00a0She has conducted\u00a0scientific research in Peru and Canada and has pursued her interest in Integrative Medicine through Classical Hatha Yoga training in India.\u00a0Currently she teaches Hatha Yoga workshops\u00a0in Canada and South America.<\/h3>\n

Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Claudia<\/strong> has travelled extensively in her homeland\u00a0 where she has shared her education and skill set with local communities, spreading the benefits of her education and skill set.\u00a0She is passionate about the ecology and culture\u00a0of\u00a0her home country and she is keen to show it\u00a0off\u00a0to others.<\/p>\n

Her vast curiosity has also led her to travels in in Europe,\u00a0Latin America and Asia\u00a0and\u00a0she has studied and worked in Peru, Brazil, Belgium, England, the USA, Canada and India. All\u00a0of\u00a0these experiences\u00a0have contributed to her\u00a0easygoing and\u00a0open-minded\u00a0nature.<\/p>\n

She loves cooking healthy food, hiking and spending time at the beach.\u00a0She also loves dancing \u201cMarinera Norte\u00f1a\u201d, a Peruvian traditional dance\u00a0that\u00a0she has been\u00a0practicing\u00a0since age 5.\u00a0Don’t be surprised\u00a0if you catch her practicing yoga in her free time!<\/p>\n

Claudia<\/strong> loves everything\u00a0about travelling,\u00a0and\u00a0she believes\u00a0that changes in one’s\u00a0landscape\u00a0can rejuvenate\u00a0the spirit. For Claudia, learning about different\u00a0lifestyles\u00a0and tasting new foods are enjoyable and gratifying experiences that can lead to an improved sense of overall happiness.<\/p>\n
