La Fondation Connie et Robert est un organisme à but non lucratif. Le programme Horizons vise à reconnaître les jeunes ayant vécu avec des problèmes psychologiques pendant leur adolescence (12-19 ans) et qui se sont investis dans une psychothérapie pour apporter des changements importants dans leur vie et qui sont maintenant âgés entre 21 à 25 ans. Grâce à ce programme, les candidats sélectionnés se verront offrir un voyage de groupe de 7 jours à l’étranger gratuitement. Le programme Horizons vise notamment à souligner l’importance des bienfaits de la psychothérapie et à encourager les jeunes vivant avec des difficultés psychologiques. Deux groupes de jeunes, ont déjà eu la chance de participer au programme et de voyager en Italie (2022) et en Espagne (2023). Ce fut un véritable succès et les participants ont rapporté beaucoup de bienfaits! En plus découvrir une nouvelle culture, les jeunes ont tissé des liens d’amitiés pour la vie! PARTIE I – Jours 1-3   Split and Krka National Park

• Guided visit of Split and the Palace of Diocletian: A tour through a UNESCO heritage site and 1,700 years of history. The Palace of Diocletian with its walls, gates and defensive towers – Ancient Roman roads (Cardo and Decumanus) – Peristyle Square – Cathedral of Saint Domnius and its bell tower – Vestibule –– Let Me Pass Street (the narrowest street on the world) – Fruit Square – Pjaca (main square) – Green Market (Pazar) – Fish market – Marmont Street – Statue of Grgur Ninski – Prokurative (Republic Square).
• Explore the Krka National Park: the largest waterfall in the park, Skradinski Buk. Enjoy a panoramic boat ride to Skradin, one of the oldest towns on Croatia's coast, and depending on the weather enjoy swimming on the beach where the river meets the sea. What is it that makes Krka National Park inherently Croatian? What makes it stand out among all the national parks in the country, or even worldwide? Its culture; the long, historical tradition that helped shape this area into what it is today. Discover the rich, traditional heritage preserved along the River Krka. One particular example that stands out is the ethno presentation, an array of sights and activities providing fascinating insight into the former way of life in this formerly rural area. Amidst the enchanting blues and greens of Krka stand the water mills built in the 17th and the 18th centuries; they are a part of the system of pre-industrial water plants that used to operate along the river.

PARTIE II – Jours 4-5   Hvar and The Plakeni Islands

• Outing to St. Stephen's square or Piazza; visit the theatre in the Arsenal building; experience the elegant city of Loggia and the old palace hotel, once the Austrian Empress Sissi’s private spa hotel, which has recently been restored to its former glory as the Palace Elisabeth Heritage Hotel. See the old streets and the Benedictine nunnery, where the nuns guard the secret of their unique handiwork, lace making of agave threads, now a recognized UNESCO Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
• Enjoy a special visit of the Franciscan monastery, a 15th-century ecclesiastical complex overlooking the sea at the western end of the island. The director of the monastery is a good friend of the Franjo’s family. This monastery has rich display of museum exhibits (collections of Greek, Roman and Venetian coins, liturgical items, the atlas of the ancient cartographer Ptolemy, rare exhibits of amphora, etc.), as well as paintings of Venetian artists like Francesco Santacroce and Palma Junior. The monastery is famous for its magnificent and the breathtaking painting of the Last Supper (2 x 8 m). One more rarity that makes the monastery famous is the 300-year old cypress that is located in the garden.
• Private outing by boat to the Pakleni Islands - Explore the emerald jewels of the Pakleni Islands: Legend says that the Pakleni Islands came into existence as a result of a secret love between the sea god Poseidon and a nymph.  Spend a day swimming, snorkeling, enjoying the sun in the serenity of hidden coves and relax in the untouched nature of the Pakleni Islands.

PARTIE III – Jours 6-8   Dubrovnik and Agritourism in Peljesac Peninsula

•  Visit Dubrovnik Old Town:  Dubrovnik Old Town is known as one of the world’s finest and most perfectly preserved medieval cities in the world. The Dubrovnik’s Baroque churches, monasteries and palaces; its Renaissance fountains and facades, are all intertwined with gleaming wide marble-paved squares, steep cobbled streets and houses, all of which have also remained unchanged for centuries.The remarkable preservation of the neatly contained Dubrovnik centre, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is the result of meticulous reconstruction after the earthquake of 1667.
• Visit Dubrovnik City Walls: Surrounding the Old Town of Dubrovnik, along the seashore, the walls were built to protect the town from pirates and other unwelcome guests. These enormous walls, fortified with fortresses, and overlooking the sea, are indeed the city’s most famous feature. The walls were constructed between 12th and 17th century, and have been very well preserved. The walls span roughly 2 kilometres and include 16 towers of varying sizes, including the Sveti Ivan Tower, the largest one, built at the entrance to the town’s old harbour, Porporela.
• Experience agritourism in Peljesac Peninsula:
• A trip to Ston to visit its salt pans, some of the oldest in Europe.
• Learn about the wine-making process, and sample the local varieties. Peljesac is one of Croatia’s premier wine regions.
• Traditional Dalmatian Cooking Class Peka: Peka is one of the best known traditional Croatian dishes. Despite its simplicity at first glance, Peka requires a lot of skill and experience. Peka, a wrought iron lid shaped like a bell, is placed over a pan filled with pieces of meat, traditionally veal or lamb, and potatoes. Then, it is covered in hot charcoal, leaving the food to simultaneously cook and bake over several hours. Peka blends aromas, flavours, and a hint of ancient times, into a wondrous meal.
